New Hydro Group plc Website Launched

STUDIO1 (Web, Graphic Design Aberdeen) would like to thank all of the staff and management at Hydro Group plc once again for a very constructive on location contract at their Aberdeen HQ at Aberdeen Energy Park. The web design and hosting project which was awarded to Studio 1 in October 2011 took longer than expected to complete, but involved added workload, including product-staff photography and building a comprehensive media drop box for inhouse data accessibility.
"... to be honest, this project would not be possible to do remotely, it was vital to its success that I worked with internal staff and management at Hydro Group headquarters to gather all the support data required to build the new site, and be in the position to set daily meetings and discuss stage developments of the project with staff, IT and senior management. I strongly believe that working on location in this capacity is the best formula for this type of project, and I am confident that through the procedures and work ethic that I have set for this project, I will undoubtedly make it my best work to date" commented Gino Pezzani.
The project addresses similar important issues seen in one of my last web projects for Aberdeen oil and gas support company Fisher Offshore, where navigation to specific areas, products or services will be key to the sites success and browser experience.

01/12/2011 | Monitor Systems Scotland Ltd have appointed Gino Antonio Pezzani as Marketing Manager. Gino will work on location at Monitor Systems on a 2 day per week basis through his company Studio 1 VC Ltd (Aberdeen). Gino will head up the company’s expanding marketing activities working closely with management and sales staff throughout Monitor Systems.
Gino holds a BA.Honors Degree from Gray's School of Art / RGU Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen) as well as being the founder and Managing Design Director of Studio-1 VC Ltd (Aberdeen). Gino has worked with Monitor Systems on a project by project basis since 1999 and so brings a valuable and detailed understanding of the company’s background, products and market opportunities to his new role.
This new senior position will allow Monitor Systems to develop new avenues for on-line and off-line marketing, whilst strengthening the overall corporate identity and brand awareness of the business in its key markets.

Web development project for Aberdeen business.

The new website for Huntly Falconry Centre will see the introduction of an on-line payment service for vouchers, an overview of the Centre, its activities, facilities and history. The website for Scottish Falcon Breeders will include a bird photo gallery, birds for sale section and an on-line deposit / reservation payment facility.
"The new websites will bring an increase in web traffic and sales to both businesses through optimisation, better navigation / browser friendly scripting and the facility to pay on-line. The new website will also highlight the services on offer to both private and business sectors. The Huntly Falconry Centre caters for corporate days, staff days, public relation days, tuition days, internal and external falconry demonstrations and much more. Huntly Falconry Centre are well rehearsed in corporate event management. STUDIO1 (Web, Graphic Design Aberdeen) were awarded the web design project after being short listed from seven Aberdeen design agencies. The brief was to bring forward a state of the art website for the company, a website that could be used as a worldwide communications and sales tool for the company and its service streams. Design concept originality and clarity of the companies corporate identity for web applications were major issues that had to be understood and integrated. The new Fisher Offshore website had to deliver information through simple but clever text/photo navigation menus, quickly and professionally. Creative simplicity was key to the projects success and functionality as was the on location photography and image creation.
